What's the news?
Edo competition has revealed its take on the Porsche 911 Turbo S (991 generation). Everything from the engine to the chassis, exterior and cabin can be tweaked to the owner's liking.
Exterior
Aside from the distinctive colour scheme one thing that stands out in Edo's press photos is the low ride height of the demonstrator car. Sports dampers are part of the suspension package and allow the 991 to sit 30mm lower than the standard car. A range of forged alloy wheels are also available with a choice of Michelin or Continental tyres.
Mechanicals
Customers who are more interested in go than show can take advantage of the Edo Competition performance kit. This takes maximum power to 590hp with 780Nm of torque; enough, it is claimed, for a 0-62mph time of 2.8 seconds and a 203mph top speed.
Anything else?
To accompany the performance there is a new, stainless steel exhaust system to give a 'motor racing feeling' to the soundtrack.
