It's a Koenigsegg, so you know it's going to be nuttier than a squirrel's larder. And so the Agera proves thanks to 898bhp, 0-62mph in a mere 3.1 seconds and a Bugatti Veyron-harrying top speed of 250mph.
Why's it here?
Koenigsegg may not need to advertise its wares to sell cars, but it's still good to let the world know it can build hypercars to outdo the rest. The 4.7-litre V8 engine can run on bio-fuel, which is cleaner than unleaded, and it also helps that this fuel lets the engine make more power. Like it needs it.
Show stopper or floor filler?
Without any shadow of a doubt, the Agera is a show stopper. Not only does it pack 898bhp from its 4.7-litre V8 and offer other-worldly performance, but this is a real production car. Admittedly, Koenigsegg only intends to build 16 Ageras per year, but that still makes it a bona fide world debut of an all-new hypercar reality.
