Hyundai has an all-new concept car for the
Geneva motorshow and its HED-5 will showcase the Korean firm's latest lightweight construction and fuel-saving technologies.
The HED-5 is a six-seat MPV that Hyundai says offers greater cabin versatility with superb fuel economy. As well as reducing weight and improving fuel economy, Hyundai also claims the HED-5 has carbon dioxide emissions that are 29% lower than equivalent current cars.
Hyundai describes the HED-5's new technologies as 'near production' and says they will make it into showroom models soon.
Also on Hyundai's Geneva stand will be the new Matrix that has been styled inside and out as a mini-MPV.
