McLaren has announced an optional new package for its 720S. The Track Pack is aimed at drivers hoping to better exploit their 720S's abilities on the circuit and includes a number of tweaks enabling them to do just that. Outside, the pack includes ultra-lightweight alloy wheels, an active carbon-fibre rear spoiler and a sports exhaust, whilst inside, the duly-specced 720S will get carbon-fibre seats, six-point racing harnesses and a telemetry system that uses cameras and data-logging to monitor performance and look for ways to improve lap-times. The Track Pack was supposedly developed alongside McLaren's 720S GT3 racing car, which is currently in the final stages of testing.
