McLaren Special Operations, McLaren's in-house creator of one-off custom specials, has released a pair of newly-commissioned versions of the 720S, joining the division's 720S "Velocity" edition. The two cars were commissioned by UK dealers and are customised according to two themes, "Pacific" and "Track", which were first seen at the Geneva Motor Show in 2017. The "Track" edition is finished in white with black and orange striping, loosely resembling McLaren Formula 1 cars of yore. The "Pacific" is finished in deep Cerulean Blue, rather similar to the blue you'd find on an Alpine A110, a reference to McLaren's F1 partnership with Renault. The interior and exterior detailing on both cars is entirely bespoke.
