Citroen has updated its Berlingo Multispace and Dispatch Combi models to bring their looks more in line with the company's other offerings and it has taken the opportunity to add some more equipment.
Among the styling upgrades the Berlingo Multispace gains new headlights, a more defined grille with a new chevron badge and optional cornering lights integrated into the fog lamps. Aerodynamic tweaks include updated wing mirrors and the inclusion of 'Airflow' wheel embellishers that help reduce fuel consumption and CO
2. Inside, the cabin colours and materials have been revised across all thee - VT, VTR and XTR - trim levels.
The Berlingo Multispace is available with a range of diesel engines offering outputs from 75- to 115hp and a single petrol unit outputting 95hp.
Citroen's over-sized Dispatch Combi, which offers seating for up to nine occupants, also receives a new look with a redesigned front end proudly displaying the latest iteration of the chevron logo. Two trim levels - Combi and Combi SX - will be offered and for the first time the Dispatch Combi will be available with a new six-speed automatic transmission and the anti-skid 'Grip Control' that allows drivers to choose between normal, all-terrain, snow and sand settings.
The engine line up for the Dispatch Combi is an all-diesel affair with power outputs ranging from 95- to 160hp.
Final UK specification and pricing details for the new Berlingo Multispace and Dispatch Combi will be confirmed closer to the 2 April 2012 'on sale' date.
