Hummer may have ceased making cars, but it could form the basis of a new type of compact house.
The Hummer Haus is the brainchild of architect double act HplusF, who are Craig Hodges and HsinMing Fung. Their idea is to use Hummer body shells to cover a house, creating an interior with distinct pods for bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and the study, as well as a large central living area.
It's all a concept for now, but living in a Hummer sure beats driving one from our experience.
