As a follow-up to the 2010 Renault Laguna 'Monaco GP' trim level, the new package is based on the Dynamique TomTom version of the Mégane Coupé. The Laguna will not be discontinued either, both cars will be on the price lists from April 2011 in the UK. The Laguna will be revised as well.
To be unveiled at the
Geneva Motor Show, the Monaco GP Mégane will be treated with a pearlescent Arctic White paintjob with glossy black body components. The interior will reflect the exterior colour scheme. 'Monaco GP' stitching and number plaques finish the cabin off.
The Mégane Monaco GP also features 17-inch alloy wheels, special bumpers, parking sensors and electric folding door mirrors. Two engines will be available: the turbocharged 1.9-litre dCi 130 with 135g/km of CO
2 or the 1.4-litre TCe 130.
The refreshed Laguna Coupé Monaco GP comes with a choice of two engines: the 2.0-litre dCi 150 and the 2.0-litre dCi 180. The latter features 4Control four-wheel steering. It arrives in the same paintjob as the Mégane, with 18-inch alloy wheels, Bose Sound System, interior and exterior extras, hands-free key card, leather seats and more.
