Citroen's latest concept car will be on display at the
Paris Motor Show. The Hypnos is designed to combine styling elements of coupé, saloon and SUV and is powered by a hybrid drive system.
The Hypnos has flowing lines that echo some of Citroen's current styling cues while also hinting at future design themes. Inside, the cabin uses strong colours and offers a "powerful sensory experience".
Under the skin there is a 197bhp engine while Citroen's hybrid technology is claimed to give 60mpg fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions of 120g/km. At present, however, there are no details of the engine and transmission configuration or suspension set-up.
Expect more details to be revealed at the Paris Mondial de l'Automobile on 2nd October.
