McLaren Special Operations, known as MSO, has prepared a version of the McLaren GT for the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in the States this weekend. It's essentially showing off to Macca GT customers what MSO can do in terms of personalisation and packages: so the exterior is in MSO Defined Flux Silver and MSO Bespoke Satin Graphite (this is on the door sills, splitter, mirrors, rear diffuser and the back bumper), with Bespoke Satin Graphite Iron brake callipers and an MSO Bright Pack (chrome on the upper window surround, polished titanium exhaust finishers and Gloss Black diamond-cut alloys); while the inside is rendered in Flux White and Satin Graphite leather, contrasted with MSO Bespoke Geoform stitching and set off by MSO Bespoke silver-infused carbon fibre on the extended gearshift paddles and steering wheel clasp, an MSO Electrochromic Roof, bespoke floor mats and an MSO Painted Key Back in Flux Silver to match the GT's bodywork. Ansar Ali, the MD of MSO, said: "The McLaren GT defies the rules of a conventional Grand Tourer - it maintains the McLaren DNA of a lightweight and engaging drive, while adding in the space, comfort and usability expected of a GT. We believe that the McLaren GT has class-leading elegance and sophistication, and is the perfect car to further personalise, whether it be through an MSO Defined or MSO Bespoke option, or alternatively, a unique, customer inspired design that MSO delivers a stunning interpretation of."
