What's all this about?
The Nissan 370Z is a reminder of simpler times; when men were men and sports coupes were naturally-aspirated and came with more than a quartet of cylinders. Big, simple, and happiest when sliding, the car has been around since 2009, and as such is starting to look a bit old hat. Did someone say cosmetic updates?
Nissan did, in fact.
Correct, although you'd do well to notice. The front and rear lamps are now tinted (like the ones you'll find on the 370Z Nismo), the door handles and rear bumper get some black detailing, and there's new 19-inch wheels and a metallic red paint option.
Anything else?
Japanese tuning boffins will nod sagely at the fitment of an Exedy clutch, while the dashboard now gets the seven-inch NissanConnect Premium infotainment system. And that's it.
No mechanical revisions?
Nope, so the lusty 328hp engine remains untouched. Manual and automatic transmissions can be specified, and the limited-slip differential and Syncro Rev Control remain to help make you feel like a hero on your favourite back road. A big, hairy-chested, slidey hero. Prices start at £29,185, and the car is available now.
