Ford is going to give us a peek - or rather, eight peeks - at much of the behind-the-scenes development work it has put into one of the most exciting cars of 2016: the Focus RS.
Excellent, what will we get to see?
The series of eight videos covers pretty much everything from the initial concepts of what the RS should entail, as well as harsh environmental testing, some dynamic sign-off courtesy of Ken Block (the Gymkhana driving star) and the final stages of pre-production fettling.
When does all this kick off?
The first video goes live on September 30 but there's a trailer giving a taste of the whole series, which you can watch right here:
And can you just remind me of the car?
Available to order now at £28,940, the Ford Focus RS will be delivered early in 2016. It is powered by a 2.3-litre, four-cylinder EcoBoost petrol engine delivering 350hp and is capable of 0-62mph in 4.7 scintillating seconds - thanks to its all-wheel drive set-up, which also features a drift mode. We cannot wait to try this one...
