What's all this about?
If you've got a spare £59,995 and are in the market for a road-legal track day car the VUHL 05 is now on sale in the UK. The company has named its first European dealer and also announced that the car will be on show at the Brighton Speed Trials on 5th September and Kop Hill Climb on 19-20th September.
Where can I buy one?
Bespoke Performance of Ware, Hertfordshire, is the appointed dealer and is a specialist in performance and classic cars. The company should be known to TVR and Noble fans, offering servicing and upgrades for both marques.
VUHL co-founder, Iker Echeverria, said: "We naturally researched many options for our first dealer. A number of outlets met our criteria for technical ability, but Bespoke Performance won us over with its unique level of passion, and its commitment to the discerning area of the market at which our product is aimed."
Bespoke sales director Dr Mark Kent added: "We have long since searched for a niche product to complement our established relationships with the TVR and Noble brands, and the VUHL is the first to match all our criteria. We have been bowled over by both the level of professionalism exhibited by this new manufacturer and the build quality of its first model."
Where can I see the car?
The VUHL 05 will make its competition debut at the Brighton Speed Trials on Saturday 5th September. Billed as Britain's oldest motor racing event, the Speed Trials are all about straight line speed and take place at Madeira Drive on the sea front in Brighton.
Kop Hill Climb, held near Princes Risborough on 19-20th September, will be the first opportunity for the public to get close to the car in street-legal form.
