What's all this about?
This is a Nissan Juke based on R35 GT-R running gear, built to celebrate five years of the Japanese firm's hugely successful (if a mite ugly) crossover.
Hold on - haven't we seen this before?
Yes, because the original Juke-R 'crossover supercar' was built in 2011 by race car prep outfit Ray Mallock Limited. But this is version 2.0.
Really?
Yup, it's a 2014 Juke - so a revised model - and the guts of the GT-R that underpins this even more wideboy second iteration are tickled up to a ridiculous 600hp. The Juke-R 2.0 is certainly an extreme machine.
Can I hazard the supposition that it's making its debut at Goodwood?
Of course it is, spending the vast majority of its time in the Supercar Paddock... apart from when all-round good egg and gamer-turned-racing-driver, Jann Mardenborough, will be thundering up the Hill Climb in it. Excellent.
