What's this then?
Dacia is to release special editions of the Sandero, Logan MCV and Duster in celebration of 10 years in Europe, at the 85th Geneva Motor show in March. The special edition named 'Laureate Prime' is based on the range topping trim Laureate.
What is special about the 'Laureate Prime'?
The exterior is painted in 'Cosmos Blue' whilst subtle touches of blue on the upholstery, seatbelts and special blue-edged floor mats add to the exclusivity in the interior.
Based on the range topping Laureate trim, all models include a leather steering wheel, Dacia's Media Nav Evolution infotainment system, climate control, cruise control with speed limiter, electric front windows and central locking.
What is the Dacia Media Nav Evolution?
The Nav Evolution is Dacia's updated navigation system fitted as standard on UK models. It includes a seven-inch touchscreen with embedded satellite navigation and TMC traffic information, music streaming through USB, aux-in or Bluetooth.
Phones can be connected for hands-free capability and Apple's SIRI voice recognition may be used through the steering wheel controls.
Will it be available on every model?
Dacia's Laureate Prime special edition trim level will be made available to each model with engines from the current Dacia range and comes with a three-year/60,000-mile warranty.
Prices and specifications will be made available in early Spring.
