What's the news?
Prices for the low-CO2 Greenline versions of the Skoda Rapid and Rapid Spaceback have been announced at £17,535 and £17, 195 respectively. Orders are being taken now with the first examples due to arrive in early 2014.
Exterior
Greenline models come with 15-inch 'Carme' alloy wheels and low rolling resistance tyres. Front fog lamps and 'sunset' glass are also part of the package.
Interior
Other standard equipment includes air conditioning, height adjustment for the driver's seat and a trip computer.
Mechanicals
Power comes from a 1.6-litre turbodiesel engine that develops 90hp. Driving through a five-speed manual gearbox the combined cycle fuel economy figure is 74.3mpg with CO2 emissions of 99g/km.

With a BIK value of 14% Skoda expects the Rapid Greenline to be popular with company car drivers.
