Car manufacturers hooking up with football teams is nothing new; Chevrolet is the 'official' car supplier to Manchester United, Audi to Chelsea etc. Nor is it all that new for a manufacturer to team with a magician as part of an ad campaign - Mercedes-Benz did it with Dynamo earlier this year to great effect - but this is the first time we can think of all three elements being combined.
Citroen is the official car supplier for Arsenal FC and it brought magician and renowned 'card shark' Drummond Money-Coutts to Arsenal's training ground at Shenley for the 'The Amazing Cabrio Car Trick'.
Involved in the illusion are Arsenal goalkeeper, Wojciech Szcz?sny, Welsh wonder, Aaron Ramsey, defensive powerhouse, Per Mertesacker and the twinkle toed Olivier Giroud.
With a Citroen DS3 Cabrio hidden under wraps, Money-Coutts asks the players to choose a colour of the car, a playing card, a memorable year for Arsenal and one of the club's former legends, pulling back the cover after each player has delivered their answer.
Personally we are surprised that the colour chosen was not Arsenal Claret, but other than that the trick is impressive and one you can watch below.
The actual car used in the stunt is now being offered as a prize to Citroen fans. Valued at £21,300 the DS3 Cabrio DSport could be yours if you win the Facebook competition. To be in with a chance visit
