McLaren has produced a 'light show' video of its new model as a further teaser ahead of the car's Paris launch. The full picture will become clear on 27th September.
In the film a series of light beams trail over an invisible car, like the airflow in a wind tunnel. It doesn't give much away about the shape, but it does build on the previously released teaser photograph.
Some sources describe the new McLaren as 'bigger, angrier and more functional looking' than the MP4-12C. There is also talk of a V10 engine, a 500-unit production run and a price tag approaching £1 million.
