Kyle may have been fallen for the charms of the
Aston Martin Cygnet, but it appears that the idea of a customised Toyota iQ with a £42,000 asking price does not appeal to everybody.
Afzal Kahn, owner and designer of Kahn Designs, could be set to change that though. The Bradford based businessman has just taken delivery of his own Cygnet and has vowed to "transform this baby Aston Martin Cygnet to something more refined".
A new colour scheme has already been chosen for the baby Aston and the car is currently in Kahn Design's service centre having a new, lowered suspension fitted.
Kahn has form for tackling unconventional projects having previously taken on the Ssangyong Rexton, but could this be a step too far or will the design wizard create a supermini worthy of badge?
You can follow the build of the Kahn Cygnet at
Kahnnews.com and also via Afzal's official
twitter account.
Car Enthusiast's suggestion of a mid-mounted V12 appears, for the moment, to have fallen on deaf ears.
