Suave, debonair, a hit with the ladies; the Project Kahn DB9 Volante would appear to be the perfect foil for James Bond. Sporting 20-inch RSV Kahn lightweight wheels, in matt pearl grey and Ferrari Bianco white paintwork, it would be just as comfortable pulling up outside Casino Royale as it would chasing the Quantum of Solace.

Afzal Kahn says the Aston Martin DB9 was not designed to be a boy's toy but instead is a comfortable, elegant and a powerful long-distance cruiser and as such has only added a Kahn Sports exhaust to the DB9's 6.0-litre V12 engine and lowered sports suspension to the aluminium chassis.

The interior of the DB9 is perfectly suited to the world's most famous spy with beautifully finished dials and lustrous black leather with cream stitching. However, should the Q department require an interior to match its exact specification, Kahn and his team can easily accommodate.
