If you fancy a slice of Sir Stirling Moss racing memorabilia, it doesn't come much cheaper or more practical than the great man's Piaggio scooter.

The Piaggio ET4 Vespa scooter was bought new by Sir Stirling and used by him to get around London and race paddocks.

There's only 2,000 miles on the clock and the scooter is expected to achieve between £6,000 and £8,000 when it comes up for auction at the Silverstone Auctions event on 23 July.
