Codatronca is not the first name to trip off the tongue when thinking about supercars, even when considering the rarer and more exotic flights of fancy available. So, the new Codatronca Monza convertible is set to be one of the rarest of the rare.
In chopping off the roof of the Codatronca to create the Monza, Italian firm Spada reckons it has made the car lighter and faster than the coupé version. Aimed more at wealthy track day fans, the Monza packs a 630bhp Chevrolet Corvette 7.0-litre V8 motor.
Better looking than the coupé, the Monza will be unveiled at the
Top Marques Motor Show in Monaco next month. Spada has not mentioned a price as yet, but don't expect change from £250,000.
