Demonstrating that no niche is too small for the motor industry, Nissan has announced the arrival of the Murano CrossCabriolet. It is a soft-top version of the Murano crossover and the 'world's first' vehicle of its type.
Losing the roof shouldn't mean sacrificing too much practicality. Nissan promises that there is enough room for four adults and boot space for golf bags or luggage with the roof up or down.
The Murano CrossCabriolet will make its world debut at the Los Angelis Auto Show on 17 November. Sales are due to start in early 2011, though not yet confirmed for right-hand drive markets.
