It's a drop in the ocean, but it's a sweet tasting one all the same. Caterham, the UK's premier purveyor of Lotus Seven based handling purity, has announced that it will ramp up production because demand for its cars has increased.
To be precise, ten percent more Caterhams will be made this year, meaning that around 420 Caterhams will find homes. The great news is that the increase means that the company will be adding around 45 workers to its ranks.
The announcement comes just after Dartford-based Caterham gained European type approval for models powered by Ford Sigma and Duratec engines. Rear our review of the Caterham Roadsport 150
