This is a possible competition version of the incoming Toyota Supra, which was shown at the Geneva Motor Show to gauge possible customer interest in a racing model. Called the GR Supra GT4 Concept, the Swiss event-starring machine has an uprated version of the 3.0-litre turbocharged straight-six found in the road car, plus motorsport-spec goodies in the form of the driveshafts, the limited-slip differential, the springs, dampers and anti-roll bars, the Brembo brakes, the 18-inch wheels (19s on the road Supra), an internal roll cage, a fire extinguisher, an OMP racing seat and a fuel tank with a fast refuelling system. Outside, the slightly longer and lower bodywork is adorned with a full aero kit and, while it looks like it is ready to hit the track, Toyota Gazoo Racing said it will 'evaluate interest from potential customers before deciding on any further development' of the car. Time to get pestering TGR to see sense and green-light this thing, then... just imagine it in Castrol colours. Drool.
