What's all this about?
It's a teaser for a Paris Motor Show star and if you're familiar with the Lexus NX and RX crossovers/SUVs (call them what you will), then you'll not be perturbed by the chunky yet angular styling of the UX Concept.
Have we got any details on the drivetrain, or the possibility of production?
No on both scores. All we know is that the UX Concept was penned at the ED2 European design centre of Lexus and Toyota, the car 'showcases imaginative technologies for an immersive driver experience, while the interior marries traditional craftsmanship with high-tech manufacturing techniques' and 'its strongly differentiated identity is meant to appeal to a progressive, urban audience living in a connected environment'. Riiiiiight... we'll hazard a guess at there being some form of hybrid drivetrain, then, and a load of flashy touchscreen interfaces within.
What else will Lexus have on its stand alongside the UX Concept?
The refreshed IS saloon and the LC flagship coupé will make up the Japanese manufacturer's show stand.
