What's this about?
The Infiniti QX70S Design, launched at the Paris Motor Show last year, has arrived in the UK. Featuring dark chrome trim for a distinctive new look the new model costs £49,620 in diesel form and £49,775 for the petrol version.
What's new?
All the exterior bright work has been replaced; the grille, side air scoops, sills and rear number plate surround all get dark trim. To complete the look there is a set of black, 21-inch six-spoke alloy wheels, black roof rails and door mirrors painted - yes, you've guessed it - black.
Is it just about the exterior?
Infiniti hasn't forgotten the interior; the centre console has a black lacquer finish too. For a touch of colour the seats, steering wheel and door trims feature purple stitching. The S Design is based on the S-Premium trim level with the same standard equipment.
