Yes, yes I know we have already seen the completed Juke-R but that has not stopped Nissan releasing the latest instalment of the Juke/GT-R hybrid. And this is a good thing; we may well have seen the finished product but a picture can only tell you so much and these videos give us an insight into the work put in by Nissan Europe and the engineers from RML.
Having mated the 3.8-litre GT-R engine with the Juke chassis last time out the team now focus its energy on the interior in video six. Various elements of the Juke interior will be retained like the 'motorcycle tank' centre console and much of the dashboard but will come with a GT-R twist with all the controls including the steering wheel and touchscreen system carried over from Nissan's supercar. This presents its own problem with the GT-R's wiring loom having to be cut and spliced to work in the alien body but also all the equipment hidden behind the dashboard means that the controls are pushed 100mm further into the cabin than normal.
