This is the Audi PB 18 e-tron, or at least a very darkened photo of the same. It's Audi's latest concept car, and the PB bit of the badge refers to the fact that it's getting a debut at the Pebble Beach car week in California. Pebble Beach is a week-long celebration of classic and new cars, set around the eponymous golf course on the Monterey coast of the USA, and the Audi will be one of the stars of the week, getting an outing at 'The Quail' classic car show, at the Laguna Seca race track, and at the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance. As it's an e-tron, it's obviously an all-electric model, and doubtless previews a potential all-electric replacement for the current Audi R8. Those little antennae atop the doors look as if they may be the same rear-view camera system as on the e-tron quattro SUV, while the overall shape looks, from this image, a little reminiscent of the Avus concept car from the 1990s. We'll get more details from Pebble Beach next week.
