2018-08-30: Lego recreates working Chiron... out of bricks

The Bugatti Chiron is getting a rather elegant new optional extra - the addition of a pair of glass panels in the roof. The 'Sky View' option increases the cockpit headroom by 2.7cm, but also adds an extra airiness to the cabin. It's not just ordinary glass though, and the extremely strong four-layered structure ensures no loss of stiffness and apparently does an excellent job filtering out wind noise and all kinds of nasty radiation, alleviating both sunburnt scalps and the greenhouse effect often associated with a glass roof. The Chiron Sky View gets its first public outing in Pebble Beach in August.
