What's the news?
MINI has released details of its forthcoming Clubman Bond Street - the latest MINI to be inspired by areas in London. The special edition is set to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
Exterior
The Clubman Bond Street comes in Midnight Black Metallic with contrasting Cool Champagne on the roof, door mirrors, stripes and C-pillars. This colour scheme is continued on the unique twin-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, too. Standard equipment includes front fog lamps and the Chromeline exterior package; while Bond Street badging can be found on the side indicator surrounds.
Interior
To complement the exterior, the Clubman Bond Street's Carbon Black leather seats feature contrasting stitching and piping in Warm Champagne; with the dashboard continuing this colour combination. The Chromeline package can also be found inside; and there is a lengthy list of standard equipment.
Each model comes with both the storage package and the lighting package as standard; with climate control, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlights, Bluetooth and a sports leather steering wheel making up more of the Clubman's toy-list.
Mechanicals
The Clubman Bond Street comes in Cooper, Cooper S, Cooper D and Cooper SD guises. Each model is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard; although a six-speed auto can be specified.
Anything else?
Prices for the Clubman Bond Street start at £20,275 for an entry-level Cooper model. The special edition's limited-run production is expected to start in March, with deliveries taking place shortly afterwards.
