Rolls-Royce is doubling its workforce in the Bespoke division that deals with personalised features for its cars.
The company says demand for unique extras like colour-coded picnic sets, means the Bespoke department will grow to more than 50 staff by the end of 2011.
Rolls-Royce is looking to recruit designers and crafts people to cope with demand. Jolyon Nash, Member of the Board and Director, Sales and Marketing, said: "The ability to bespoke one's vehicle has always been at the heart of Rolls-Royce so it is very encouraging to see that after more than 100 years at the very pinnacle of the automotive world, our Bespoke services are still very much in demand from customers all over the world today."
