What's the news?
What Car? has just launched a new section to its website. With partners LeaseCarsDirect.co.uk, a new leasing comparison section is targeted at buyers who are researching the best leasing deals available. With support from hundreds of UK dealers, the venture aims to cut out the 'middle-man' and offer a more direct buying route. By offering a more localised service, buyers will be able to compare deals against a nationwide market.
According to Chris Lowe of What Car?, "Today, we aim to put buyers in touch with dealers stocking their car of choice too. As leasing grows in popularity, and value, we wanted to answer the questions potential new car buyers have about leasing and showcase offers in a clear and comparable way".
The new website section adds 'The Latest Car Leasing Deals' with a rolling comparison of the car a buyer may be interested in against a choice of comparative vehicles. Nearly all manufacturers are listed on the website offer links to their latest leasing deals, available by model. This ultimately allows the buyer to fully research a vehicle online and well in advance of a purchase.
Anything else?
What Car? suggests too that leasing could prove a cheaper option when a full three-year ownership is taken into account. And an attractive proposition for those that like change for a new car every few years.
