What's the news?
ABT Sportsline has modified the Audi RS 4 Avant with a package that eases the grip of the standard 155mph speed limiter, increasing the top speed to almost 180mph (or 290km/h, if you prefer). There is also a new sports exhaust and larger wheels.
Exterior
The new alloys are ABT's DR design with a gunmetal finish and turbine-style blades; measuring nine inches wide with a 20-inch diameter. To make sure the wheels properly fill the arches a set of 25mm spacers increase the RS 4's track.
Interior
ABT Sportsline has produced its own boot mat and matching interior floor mats.
Mechanicals
From the catalyst back a stainless steel exhaust can be ordered. The TUV-approved system is designed to complement the sound of the Audi V8 engine. No other changes have been made to the 4.2-litre motor, which develops 450hp.
Anything else?
ABT Sportsline describes itself as 'globally the largest tuner of cars produced by the Volkswagen Group'.
