What's the news?
Toyota will unveil the 2013 Yaris Trend at the Paris Motor Show. The car's black and white interior colour scheme gets a touch of ochre.
Exterior
Changes for the new model year include chrome elements in the fog lamp surrounds and headlamps. White painted models get matching white covers in the headlamps. The blacked out B- and C-pillars are carried over to give the 'floating roof' effect. Two-tone alloy wheels are fitted and have a machine-finished surface while the body gets a 'Deco line' detail that runs from the headlamps. The Deco line treatment is available with white or silver body colours.
Interior
Inside, the centre console has been redesigned. The main interior colour is black with part of the dashboard, upper door trim panels and seat bolsters in white. The Deco line is repeated on the dashboard and headrests. Ochre stitching is used to add extra visual interest.
Mechanicals
The 1.3-litre petrol engine and choice of manual or automatic transmissions continues as before.
Anything else?
The updated Toyota Yaris Trend will go on sale next year.
