SEAT has released a new top-spec trim for the Leon.
Known as FR+, the new model comprises 18-inch Ibera alloy wheels, satnav, a DAB radio, Bluetooth, bi-xenon headlights and front parking sensors.
The Spanish firm reckons it's something of a bargain, too. All that kit costs an extra £1,070 on top of a standard Leon FR in 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TDI CR guise. Spec it all separately and you'll pay £2,465.
SEAT has rolled out the FR performance moniker to other Leons, as well. The 1.4 TSI 125 and 2.0 TDI CR 140 models are now available as FR versions. They're cheaper to run than the aforementioned models but they'll still come with all the swish styling features that set the FR apart, like bespoke bumpers and sports seats.
The flagship 261bhp Leon Cupra R has also gained a bucket-load of complimentary standard equipment. It now features Bluetooth, bi-xenon headlights and LED rear-light clusters - at no extra cost.
