Battersea Power Station will host EcoVelicity, a motor show for low-emissions vehicles, on September 8-11. Citroen has confirmed its attendance at the show and will bring a selection of C-Zero electric cars for the public to drive.
As well as the interactive display of C-Zeros, the French manufacturer will exhibit the micro-hybrid eHDi versions of the DS3, DS4 and new C4. Citroen UK's managing director commented, "Citroen is focused on improving fuel economy and lowering emissions right across our range - as well as encouraging motorists to make environmentally conscious driving decisions."
EcoVelocity Event Director, Giles Brown, welcomed Citroen as the first major manufacturer to sign up for this year's event. Other car makers expected to take part include Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, SEAT, Toyota, Volvo, Vauxhall and Volkswagen.
Tickets for the event are on sale now priced at £10 per adult and £5 per child from
www.ecovelocity.co.uk.
