The British summer can be fickle, mixing sunshine with heavy showers, but Lexus claims to have two cars to take on any weather.
For wind in the hair there is the coupé-convertible IS 250C Limited Edition. Only 50 examples will be built and they feature black and red semi-aniline leather upholstery and a numbered badge inside the glovebox. The rest of the specification is shared with the SE-L including 18-inch alloy wheels, powered seats and climate control designed to work with the roof up or down. The IS 250C Limited Edition is priced at £39,990 on the road.
To enjoy the sun without enduring a battering from the wind the RX 450h SE-I is now available with a panoramic glass roof. The panel is fixed in place and allows natural light into the cabin. The panoramic roof needs to be specified when ordering the RX and adds £900 to the price.
