Skoda has revealed a new Fabia version to celebrate 110 years of motorsport heritage. The Fabia Monte Carlo also marks the centenary of the rally of the same name.
The new variant can be identified by the piano black trim that runs around the wheel arches and along the body sides. Black paint is applied to the roof with the grille, door mirrors and wheels in the same colour.
For the interior customers can choose between black or red and black sports seats. The steering wheel and handbrake are trimmed in black leather (featuring red stitching with the red seat option).
The Monte Carlo is based on the Fabia SE and is offered with a range of engines from 1.2-litre, 68bhp petrol to 1.6-litre, 104bhp turbodiesel. Prices start at £12,755.
Skoda will officially unveil the Fabia Monte Carlo at the Monte Carlo Rally on 19 January; orders can be placed from 24 January.
