Bentley has whetted the appetites of its loyal following with a single teaser picture of a new version of the Continental that will make its world debut at the
Geneva Show in March.
Although the new car has yet to be named, the front view indicates that it is based on the Continental GT, though the additional scoops and vents show that it's no understated limousine. Bentley has admitted that the show car will in fact be its fastest and most powerful yet and that it will have the capability to run on bio-fuel.
It's likely that Bentley will utilise the higher effective octane rating of bio-ethanol to boost the new car's power output, with a sophisticated engine management system that can allow for the fuel being used. The twin-turbocharged W12 engine currently pushes out as much as 600bhp in the Speed models, so expect close to 700bhp.
We'll find out closer to the show, which opens on March 3rd.
