Vehicle modifier Khan has been working with engine specialist Cosworth to produce the Kahn Cosworth Sport 300. Modifications to the Range Rover Sport TDV8 increase power from 268bhp to 300bhp and Khan claims the Cosworth Sport 300 should accelerate from 0-62mph in about eight seconds and on to a top speed of 135mph.

Cosworth CEO and Managing Director Tim Routsis commented: "over the last three years the engine tuner market has become very important for Cosworth, we have successfully steered our products and services towards high end users. We are confident, that in partnership with Kahn Design, select consumers will be delighted to own distinctively styled cars with Cosworth tuned engines."

The Range Rover Sport receives a Project Kahn design overhaul. A new design of front spoiler, large rear spoiler, flared arches and special perforated leather interior distinguish the Kahn Cosworth Sport 300. Wheels are 22-inch alloys, the rear items more concaved than the front wheels making the rear track appear wider.

The price of the Kahn Cosworth Sport 300 will be £75,995 - a £15,200 premium over the Range Rover Sport 3.6 TDV8 HST.

The car will be officially launched at the Goodwood Festival of Speed which runs from 11th to 13th July.
