2003 WRC kicks off in Monte Carlo

As you know, the 2003 WRC season starts next week in Monte Carlo. Of course, this is the start of the international motorsport season too. Those WRC boys don't get much of a break. Peugeot look like the favourites again, with no change to the team bringing stability, and a new sponsor bringing cash. Ford and Subaru will not lie down so lightly of course, and expect to see some surprises from Hyundai and Skoda too. Oh, nearly forgot Citroen! Is it going to be a battle of the French marques? It may well be. Read on for the FIA's preview to the first event of the year...
