Welcome to the latest update - now incorporating the main 2002 motorsport calendars.

Top story is the glitzy launch of Jaguar's 2002 F1 challenger - Shane O' Donoghue and Adam Jefferson went along to investigate.

Adam Jefferson has also been to the Alfa Romeo exhibition at the London Science Museum. Andrew Frampton has also been busy. This week's classic is the easily forgotten, yet wonderful Alpine A110.

I know the WRC season has just finished, but it is not long to the 2002 Rally of Monte Carlo. Andrew Frampton's review of the entire 2001 WRC season begins today. Other than that, there is of course the 2002 Detroit Auto Show to think about. Let's hope we have the time to fit it all in!

The reason Bobby Rahal departed the Jaguar Racing team was due to his own workload which included commitments in the US. No other top F1 team principal tried to do so much, according to Niki Lauda, Jaguar Racing's Team Principal for the foreseeable future. As we all know; if you cut a pie into too many pieces it crumbles. The Jaguar Racing team was not as strong as was thought in 2001.
