Kelvin has been busy this week. As well as a report and pictures from the Donington Park round of the BTCC, he was one of the first journalists to drive the new MG ZS-180 saloon.

The Car Enthusiast is now selling the contributors photographs in printed format. Send us an email to find out more.

If any of our readers think they are up to being part of The Car Enthusiast team, please let me know, Shane - Ed.

The popular BMW 3-series will receive a facelift in September this year. The changes affect saloon and Touring models only, with the Coupé, Convertible and Compact models remaining as they are. Besides the mild visual changes, all models benefit from a tauter chassis, first seen on the Compact launched earlier this year. Engine upgrades include the first appearance of BMW's revolutionary Valvetronic system which improves fuel economy and engine efficiency by eliminating the throttle butterfly. Power is also increased. In general, equipment levels have also been improved, with extra options available such as a sequential gearbox (on some models). The bad news is a slight price increase across the range.
