Last update - 07 July 2001 Kelvin has been busy this week. As well as a report and pictures from the Donington Park round of the BTCC, he was one of the first journalists to drive the new MG ZS-180 saloon. The Car Enthusiast is now selling the contributors photographs in printed format. Send us an email to find out more. If any of our readers think they are up to being part of The Car Enthusiast team, please let me know, Shane - Ed. |

Item 10 of 13: Honda Jazz Some of you may remember the dismal 1984 Honda Jazz mini-car. Well, forget about it, as Honda's resurrection of the name will be on the rump of this versatile new micro-MPV. Looks like a direct rival to Daihatsu's YRV, although possibly not in price (not yet announced). The Jazz will be powered by either a 1.2 or a 1.4-litre four cylinder engine featuring Honda’s Dual & Sequential Ignition System (comprising two spark plugs per cylinder in a compact combustion chamber where sequential ignition results in low emissions and high fuel economy). The Jazz will be on sale in Japan later this month under the Honda Fit tag. It will debut in Europe at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and British sales will start early in 2002. << item 9 item 11>> |
