The AC Ace takes its name from the fabulous, lightweight predecessor to the infamous Cobra. Not so light, the modern Ace is more of a luxury touring convertible, in the vein of the Mercedes-Benz SL. The Ace has been developed completely in the UK, combining a contemporary aluminium body shell with a traditional wood and leather interior. Add to that a choice of three V8 engine options and suddenly the 70k - 80k price tag does not look so excessive.
