Last update - 07 July 2001 Kelvin has been busy this week. As well as a report and pictures from the Donington Park round of the BTCC, he was one of the first journalists to drive the new MG ZS-180 saloon. The Car Enthusiast is now selling the contributors photographs in printed format. Send us an email to find out more. If any of our readers think they are up to being part of The Car Enthusiast team, please let me know, Shane - Ed. |

Item 6 of 13: Land Rover Defender Tomb Raider LE I'm sure it is of no surprise to you to hear that Land Rover are going to capitalise on all the hype surrounding the Tomb Raider movie. First up is a limited edition Defender. Available as either the 90 Station Wagon, or the 110 Double Cab, there will be only 250 made available. The Tomb Raider special editions are exclusively available in 'Bonatti' grey and feature extensive chequer-plate body cladding. Fitted as standard are a roof rack with support bar, pewter grey ‘Boost’ alloy wheels, spotlights, rear step, side protection rails and a unique Tomb Raider plaque. The interior features specially commissioned fabric covers on the seats. A chequer-plate floor echoes the vehicle's exterior detailing, while an aluminium steering guard and polished aluminium gear knob provide the finishing touches. The familiar Td5 turbo diesel engine powers all versions. << item 5 item 7>> |
