Alfa Romeo released the bold 166 in 1999 to widespread acclaim. At the same time, however, came widespread debate about the car's styling. We think that the shape is pleasing to the eye. The proportions are just right and there are enough interesting features to distance it from the "lesser" Alfas. The only niggle is the nose of the car.
