SPECIAL EDITION AUDI CONVERTIBLE RELEASED

The Audi Cabriolet has always been synonymous with style, and its image is about to receive a further boost with the introduction of special Final Edition models which combine maximum visual impact with even more standard fit luxuries.

On sale now in 1.8 four-cylinder five-valve (125bhp), 2.6 V6 (150bhp) and 2.8 V6 (174bhp) guises, the Cabriolet Final Edition gains additional equipment over existing equivalents amounting to at least �2,000, for a modest premium of under �350 in each case.

The Cabriolet Final Edition 1.8 costs �22,515.00 OTR (previously �22,298.20), rising to �26,315 OTR for the Cabriolet Final Edition 2.6 (previously �26,059.38). The Cabriolet Final Edition 2.8 remains the range flagship, costing �31,250.00 (previously �30,946.20).

In Final Edition form, the Cabriolet 1.8 adds an electrically operated soft top and metallic or pearl effect paint (originally options costing a total of �2,227.81). The Cabriolet 2.6 benefits from an electrically operated soft top, Fine Nappa leather upholstery and metallic or pearl effect paint (originally options costing a total of �3,399.29).

At the head of the range, the Cabriolet 2.8 gains air conditioning, a six CD autochanger, an on-board computer, an outside temperature gauge (except automatic versions), walnut or Vavona highly polished fascia and door cappings, a wind deflector and metallic or pearl effect paint (originally options costing a total of �3,130.23).

Standard equipment for all models already includes alloy wheels, remote control central locking, electric front and rear windows with one-touch operation, electric mirrors, front sports seats, sports suspension, driver�s airbag and ABS.

For the ultimate Cabriolet, a special leather interior exclusive to the Final Edition version is also available to individual order at extra cost. Seat upholstery along with steering wheel rim, gear lever knob and gaiter and handbrake grip can be chosen in a range of distinctive, colour matched leathers.
