What's the news?
Fiat has released new interior and exterior packages for its popular 500 model; a car that has sold more than 100,000 units in the UK since its launch in 2007.
Exterior
Two solid and four metallic paint finishes have been revealed to replace the existing pallet of colours; shades that include Countrypolitan Yellow and Idol Pink. Other external upgrades include new 15-inch alloy wheels and a 'short-fin' antenna.
Interior
New Chocolate brown/Ivory and Grey/Black fabric options are now available for the 500; colour schemes that Fiat claims will better match the exterior of the model. Improved two-tone leather packages will also be available by the end of the year.
Mechanicals
As Fiat has released no information regarding performance or engine changes, we can expect to see the new visual enhancements across the range rather than limited to specific engines or models.
Anything else?
Despite Fiat's changes to the 500, prices are due to remain unchanged for the model. Prices start from £9,960 for the entry-level 1.2 Pop model, rising to £19,060 for the 500CbyGucci TwinAir.
